Red-X Manipal
The Club consists of two wings:
ADVENTURE X
• This wing aims to assist all adrenaline junkies in their quest for exploring the unexplored.
• By organising in-campus adventure-based events and overnight trips over the weekends, we promise fun, exciting times; those that’ll leave you with lifelong memories.
• We offer sports activities like Rafting and Kayaking, Trekking, Rappelling, Jumaring, Scuba Diving, Travels to Exotic Locales and Wild life sanctuaries, Mountaineering in the Himalayas, and many more.
• Proceeds generated from all events organised by AdventureX, go directly into the Disha Charity Fund.
DISHA
• Through Disha, the social wing, we aim to provide underprivileged children with an opportunity for a brighter future.
• We do so, by teaching, hosting workshops, raising funds and building infrastructure in schools and orphanages in and around Manipal that need financial help.
• Become a member or just volunteer when we call out. Help us empower these kids and guide them in the right *Disha*, so they too can pursue their passion.
RED X is the only organization of its kind to be functioning in any under graduate institute of India.
The club delves into an array of arenas to help develop personality and character and helps students and teachers alike, to open their eyes to see a world of opportunities.
The Red-X family has grown steadily over the years, now making it one of the most popular clubs of the university. And with each passing year, the members have worked with only one aim in mind.
