Adesh Foundation established Malwa Polytechnic, Faridkot on 20 Acre piece of land in 2003 for imparting technical education at diploma level in educationally backward region of Sadiq- Faridkot. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education and IT, Chandigarh.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established under an Act passed by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in July, 1998.
