Kollam Pooram is one of the most colourful festivals of Kerala. Kollam Pooram festival, celebrated in the month of April every year is a feast for the cultural enthusiast. Kollam Pooram attracts large number of people from all parts of Kerala. The Kollam Pooram, organised in connection with the annual festival of the Aashramam Sri Krishnaswamy Temple, is held at the Aashramam Maidan in April (the day after Vishu) every year.
