Cochin University of Science and Technology is a government owned autonomous science and technology university in Kochi , Kerala, India. Founded in 1971, the university has three campuses, two in Kochi and one in Kuttanad, Alappuzha, 66 km inland. The university awards degrees in engineering and science subjects at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. By the year 1976, we were running the first full time practicing private orthodontic dental clinic in Kerala. The year 1990 saw us starting a free dental clinic at our hometown Kolenchery situated in Ernakulam district in a spirit of philanthropy. In 1991 we opened are only branch office at GCDA complex, Marine Drive, Cochin. In March 2006, we had the honor of becoming the first internationally certified (ISO 9001; 2000) dental clinic in the state of Kerala.
