Prabhas Raju Uppalapati
Prabhas started movie career with Eeshwar in 2002. In 2003, he was the lead in Raghavendra. He gained popularty in 2004 with M.S. Raju's film, Varsham opposite Trisha Krishnan. He was Nominated for Filmfare's Best Telugu Actor Award and Won Santosham best Young Performer Award. He followed with Adavi Raamudu and Chakram. In September 2005 he made the film Chatrapathi, opposite actress Shriya Saran for the first time. Chatrapathi was a big success in Prabhas's career. He again got Nominated for Filmfare's Best Telugu Actor Award. It followed by Pournami, Yogi and both were below expectations. Munna came out in 2007 which gave him another success after Eeshwar, Varsham and Chatrapathi. It followed by Bujjigadu, which was low at box office. In 2009 his two films came out Billa and Ek Niranjan both films were successful at the box office. In Billa Prabhas was paired up with Anushka Shetty for the first time, the film was box office success and gained tremendous review, Prabhas was praised for his performance and had positive review about his performance in the film. In 2010, he turned up his trend to a Family Entertainer as Darling, the film was critical and a commercial success. Prabhas was paired up with Kajal Aggarwal, the fresh pairing was liked by audience. Prabhas's performance was praised by critics in the film, Prabhas received positive review about his performance, he also won CineMaa Awards Best Actor (Jury) for his role in the film. He then came up with similar Genre in 2011 with Mr. Perfect. This was also his sencond film with Kajal Aggarwal, the film was box office success and received positive review. Mr Perfect was a family entertainer like Darling, the film was a Blockbuster at the Box Office .His much intense release Rebel hasn't done good at the Box Office which was hoped to be a hat-trick. The next flick is Mirchi dated for February 8th, 2013 release with a fresh, charming, stylish look.
