The core idea of Tirupur Fashion Week is to help Tirupur’s knitwear industry tap the opportunities of domestic and export market by boosting the design potential of Tirrupur. It is presented through a robust business platform for the manufacturers and freelance designers by enabling them to exhibit their product innovation capabilities to a wider audience comprising manufacturers ,dealers , retailers , consumers . Edition 1 was a one day event. It desplayed the collections of professionaly trained designers based on the inspirations from the land mark temples of Tamil Nadu. It had also launched the latest collections of six domestic brands namely Sport Club , Evolution , Spanky ,Six face , Miss Allan and Just cubs. Edition 2 is also planned as a one day event with focus on launching the latest collections of a single domestic brand Estiqe Rabana. www.estiqerabana.com Moreover , the collections of designers based on the inspiration from various art, culture and museums also is the key highlight. The next edition of Tirupur fashion Week is planned as a two day event with exclusive focus on designer collections and manufacturers collections on each day with buyer seller meet.
