NSS Hindu College, Changanacherry, the Saraswathy Kshethram in the land of Anchuvilakku, stands tall among the premiere academic institutions of Kerala.Inspired and founded by Shri Mannathu Padmanabhan, it is beacon of light to thousands of students in and around Changanacherry. From a humble beginning it has grown into an impressive edifice in a short span of time. Established in 1947, it is one of the largest and oldest among the colleges under Mahatma Gandhi University. It runs 14 graduate, 11 post graduate and 3 add-on courses. Three research departments in the college add to the pursuit of academic excellence. The college, with 125 teachers, 65 non teaching staff and 2200 students, strives to maintain the high profile it has earned.
