Jalpa Mata rajgarh
Maa Jalpa Mandir:
Maa Jalpa Mandir is a temple situated on a hill top, the hill is approximately 500m high and is
7Kms away from the district place Rajgarh.
The temple can be reached by local transportation, Govt / Pvt. transportation.
The temple is said to be one of the most ancient temple of Rajgarh District, The Umat Clan Kings
who were huge devotees of mataji built the temple.
The temple has a huge lobby and a stautue of mata, along with the mata temple a small temple of
Hanuman is build recently on the same hill by local authorities
From the base of the hill to the top one can reach by stairs of by road, the road is narrow and
only one four wheeler is allowed at a time.
Devotees in huge numbers arrive to the temple daily, One can get chunri, prasad, flowers and
other poojan and hawan samagri at various shops at the base of the hill.
View from the hill is awesome, one can enjoy viewing the rajgarh town at the east, a small pond
at the west and green lush fields all around from the top.
This temple is known not only for its glory but also for the natural beauty which provides a calm
and peaceful feeling at the location
