What is HCL-CDC?
HCL Career Development Centre (popularly known as HCL-CDC) is the Learning arm of HCL Infosystem Ltd, It is the outcome of intense research, development and refinement in the internal training drives of HCL Infosystems Ltd perfected over 3 decades. HCL-CDC was originally meant to only serve internal training purposes to meet with the need to make fresh campus recruits industry-ready. But at HCL, as per our culture, we've always shared benefits with our customers.
